    I hope this is the right forum, ok i have this old laptop and it doesnt have a cd drive, i want to use my dvd drive on my other laptop to install linux on it. does anybody know how to use the dcd drive from one pc to another over a network?

    if seen by the other computer than enable sharing on the drives. moved to all other topics.
