Im sure your right GrandpaBW. I myself was looking for one quiet fervently for about a month and finally just gave up and bought a LiteON SHM-165H6S. I have a BenQ 1620 and love its dependability but waiting a month+ for a drive to be stocked is insane. *If anyone is still interested I believe I also saw a Retail BenQ DW1655 for sale at meritline.com for a final price of $70 dollars (not. approx.). I have never used this site though so I cant vouch for their reliability/trustworthiness.
Meritline is good though I'm too cheap to pay $70 for a burner, even if it is a wonderful Benq. I'll check EBay though.
