Just sent the son who lives in london a eurovox,question what is the service provider(virgin)code there so as he can install.Is it telepest or n t hell,i know it sounds daft but just making sure before going through installiation with him ,thanks all.
Could be any of them, what location and postcode is it in London? Either way a full powerscan will find all the TPs.

Tell him to do a full powerscan. You can find all the Eurovox info you need in Eamos FTA Library at the bottom of my post, including set up guides, firmware etc.
