new CD DVDW unfound

    Hello everybody i've bought a new DVD Writer for my laptop but it's not working ,I tried to find out the suitable driver but I failed.
    Are there any drivers for it to make it work or a firmware maybe.
    its type : TSSTcorp CDDVDW SN-S082H.

    I have the same problem, on Notebook MEDION, running on VISTA
    Trying to burn music with iTunes, I always get same error 2131;
    does anybody know what that means?

    It means that you don't have the same problem as the OP (original poster) of this thread, and you should start your own thread instead of hijacking other threads. :(
