Front View Side View Back View It doesnt look like a bad case. I suggested this 1 earlier, i just dont like the Blue.... The case for Praetor is just for his own Computer. Regards CoZZa
I know that you had suggested it earlier but I posted before I remembered. Hm you don't think that Praetor didn't follow your original link do you? The only thing that I posted that was different were the specs. LOL
Here's my next case, should fit your needs. http://www.coolermaster.com/index.p...erial=STC-T01&other_title=+STC-T01+CM Stacker I'm a big fan of coolermaster, right now my gaming box is in an ATC-710 and it stays nice and cool.
I clicked on the different links to pop up pictures of the front and side but I think I also annihilate javascript for that site when it came up so I was kinda SOL Not really, I'm looking to power other things than just my computer with that PSU (a buddy of mine, electrician, made a bunch of variable DC voltage convertors that use the smaller molex connector to convert to the type of plug that you find on DC adaptors (cant remember what they are called) but in either case, I dont use floppy-type power connectors since I dont have a floppy drive so I might as well use that power for other stuff (in either case I rarely use the PSU that comes with the case, I get my own beforehand). Two fan controllers, two optical drives, potentially a wattmeter from the PSU, 4+ harddrives each with a harddrive cooler (havnt decided between the new Hardcano or the Vantec one) Add a Matrix Orbital and thats potentially 11 as it is hehe. Anyone have any idea what that fan looking thing is on the side view of the case? That's gonna be a pain in the arse if my harddrive racks ram into that thing. ... and god wtf is with the bottom mount PSUs???? Bad idea, all the heat generated by the PSUs (potentially the second warmest thing in the case) will be floating up toowards the main area ... ugh bad designers! bad! Oh I did, I just accidentally firewalled that site from making use of scripts and popups and virtually everything else Seems like a decent case ... except for the PSU issue .... i guess with only one PSU I can use a duct to use a 120mm fan to force most of the heat out right away but dunno we'll see ... i got a month to decide
Was just teasing Neph, I thought you must have missed something, it happens. BTW if someone could tell Asus that we don't need floppies then I could update my bios without one other piece of useless old technology.
Update bios eh? (you can tell i jump on the opportunity to do that all the time) Anyone know anything solid on the BTX spec for cases and mobos? _X_X_X_X_X_[small]ASUS A7N8X-X, XP2500+ OC'd to XP3200+ Samsung 1024MB, PC2700 OC'd to PC3200 480GB [3x160GB, 7200, 8MB] EVGA, GeForce4 Ti4600 128MB Rules and Policies: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2487[/small]

Sophocles Well obviously he didnt as he didnt know how many External Drive bays it had, which is clearly indicated in the Front View Picture... And as he said there... Regards CoZZa

Praetor, Does your universty have a metal fab shop? Get some sheet aluminum and steel and go wild "Monster Garage" for computer cases. I'm almost scared to think of what you'd come up with _X_X_X_X_X_[small] JMLS-166S/Plextor PX-708A/Plextor Premium[/small]

Hey Praetor,I found this one at newegg.com. They had a couple that might do for you. Kinda costly $380.00 US. But hey, what's a few bucks. We will all pitch in a couple bucks apiece to help you out. Case has 9 x 5.25 ext , 1 x 3.5 ext and 2 x 400 watt redundant hot swap ps http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-165-001&depa=1 Good Luck, Hogan _X_X_X_X_X_[small][/small]
Well well well we finally have a serious contender for my dream case! Odd that there wasnt 2 front 80mm fans but hey I cant have everything ... wait ... YES I CAN!
Well , it comes in two exciting colors. Silver or black. Choices one must make huh. Let us know and see the finished product. Hogan
Dang something like the Aspire X-Superalien -- has the hdd bays opening on the side rather then the back which should save about 90% of the computer community a load of work ... too bad that interferes with (or simply doesn't matter) my idea of using hdd racks hehe. Let's see if Tomshardware allows hot linking. LOL They just did a 15 case round-up and some of them are rather odd. http://www.tomshardware.com/howto/20040607/index.html
