new dashboard update?

    I was just reading about the new dashbaord update for xbox on cdfreaks forums. I have played online with softmod but use original disk and haven't had a problem. Just want to know if anyone has gone on recently that has had dashboard update and been banned for softmod, hardmod and installing a large hard drive. Let me know if anyone has or if just a rumor. If its true might have to restore ms dash and update then reinstall softmod.
