new error message

    I have been using DVD X COPY GOLD for the past year, using the Xpress mostly because it is quick. Recently I put Platinum on my computer and now I always get the error message, Cannot write archive txt. What has happened and what do I do? This is my first time in the Forum. Perhaps this is the wrong Forum. Which one do I go to?
