You dont need the frequencies, all you need to do is go to menu, installation, make sure N** is selected as provider and press autoscan, thats it
cheers mate u are a legend . i try that tonight i say i had it scanned in my house through the cable and it got all the channels but when i went to his house they didnt work. is that because when they scanned off the cable would be different to scanning off mmds
Exactly As you have scanned it on your cable set up, I would advise you to do a factory reset before putting it onto his MMDS set up.
Hi There Folks, I have just received a EuroVox TX DVB and tried to load some software to it. E_Vox_TX C____S Ireland MMDS. It appeared to to be sucessfull. However thereafter when I repowered it I got the following. boot, F_00, UA_C, CHdl. at this point it appears frozen and the remote does not have any effect. Can you point me in the right direction? Prior to this I was receiving the standard channels through the box. Rgds
my TX and a few others went off last night for a few minutes, they turned off then re booted and numbers came up od led. does anyone know if that was a code change and box updating
Does anybody know if two of these boxes can be used off the one aerial? Or can it be used with a proper Ch*rus box off the same aerial?
Darst, I presume you have 2 power supplies.Just curious then why you see 2 MMDS aerials on the 1 house.
Why do you think its not possible to split the cable between power inserter and TV via an splitter or distribution amp?
Why not. You will lose around 3db signal strength with a 2way splitter and depending on the signal strength a distribution amp is maybe the better option. The distribution amp has to support the full range without a gap between 230 mhz and 470 mhz.
