Will the Eurovox tx be capable of accessing Pay Per view channels such as sky sports, movies etc... I have seen the starview box working and it does this on an ntl cable line. I am on the chorus mmds and want to be 100% sure before purchasing
Is there anything on the market for analogue MMDS? My parents live in Ashbourne and have feck all channels. I had a mate who was testing a T box for MMDS but it needed to be digital. Anybody know of anything available on the market that can suit analogue MMDS. Cheers.
A mmds aerial is not working without power inserter. UPC/Chorus collect the power inserter after the subscription is canceled.
mgb17 have you concerns about the eurovox TX? Am living in Sligo and am looking to get a box for Ch0rus MMDS digital. Any help would be much appreciated
some dealers are claiming to have the eurovox in stock now from £99. Have read many of the different threads on this subject it has left me somewhat confused. Many advocate the dreambox 500t, but other argue you are likely to end up with a clone for which the transponder is not as reliable as the original and will not pick up all the channels. The dreambox 600t seems to be a good bet but i am finding it difficult to source one of these? The other alternative is to wait for the box t which seemed to be continually delayed or take a risk and go for the eurovox? Have you any suggestions?
the manufacturers and suppliers have said this. Also they are saying that they are in stock now, unless u know different ?
i can confirm it works just fine.. i don't think people should rush out and buy them though... with nagra2 on the horizon there are better options that are more future safe. that said.. they will get updated too, if possible, but not as quick as some would like.
Normally mmds has a square mesh arial on roof, but this isnt always the case. Check your bill statment
All, Does anyone have freq needed and software etc to get the Vox TX working for Ch##us MMDS yet? thanks
