I thought you said you had flashed it previous to your problem and hence you knew how to do it.

there is loads of questions like this on previous pages ring your service provider and find out if your area is MMDS if so a the TX will work i'm on C****s in meath and the EVTX works ok. remember you might only get about 85 channels (like i did) as apposed to over 100 back when i lived in dublin depending on the signal strenght transponder location etc..just do a search @ the top of the page you'll find all the info you need hope this helps

    cheers

Kevin if its a Eurovox max v it wont work in an MMDS area you need to get a terrestrial receiver eg: EuroVox TX the Box-T or digivox-T not sure about the antenna though maybe scouser can help there....

This is a TX related thread. Have a read through Hitecks guide, you may need to reflash it.

    Greystones is N*l mmds.
Btw I don't think there is a analogue only exch*rus mmds transmitter left over. True cable is a other story.

Hey. I bought a Eurovox Tx for a mate of mine and it has Tx 11-11-07 (i think) software on it. I know this is wrong as mine has TX 23 software. i have downloaded EVX TX_H_071123.bin which i presume is the update.

Can anyone tell me the procedure to upload this on to the Eurovox

shouldn't be a problem unless your running vista on your laptop, but if you can avail of a pc with a serial port it will make it a whole lot easier for you,

if you do a search in the search facility at the top of the page, you will see numerous problems with downloading firmware with vista,to save yourself a lot of grief try and find someone with a pc with a serial port.
