New FREQ change on N*L IRELAND

Menu > Factory Setting
PIN 0000
OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

English > Installation
Choose Provider etc
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit

Press Menu then 1570
Turn EMU key ON

Exit , exit , exit

 

hows it going celtic was just wondering where you got those freq cos my eurovox freq differ a bit from those above and the ones on my digivox are different than both of them so was just wondering how it works like that cos more 4 and more 4+ are on 355.000 on the eurovox but on the digivox more 4 is on 355.000 but more 4+ is on 371.000 so just curious nothing else cos they are both working perfect

Different boxes have different tuner drivers, etc and scan at different spacings hence the slight differences.

 

i deleted the channels that were not working and done the autoscan but they have not come back. Any helpers please?

 

Try a manual scan on these frequencies
394.250
418.250
370.250

 

Cheers i've tried that and some came back but i'm getting nothing at all from the 394.250 freq.

 

what channels are you missing?

 

I'm missing smash hits, kiss, kerrang, magic, fashion, mtv base, discovery +1, discovery science, the box, chelsea tv & Q

 

These should come in on 394.250
Try another manual scan.

 

I've tried it a few times noel but nothing when i type in the freq on manual scan the level & quality are both at 0%

 

Try a manual scan from 290.000 & see if that picks them up.

 

Sorry bit naive about this - managed to fix a similar problem last time but this time I'm lost.

I have 13 Channel Freq (in User insatllation - Eurovox max)
0001 - 291.000
0002 - 299.000
0003 - 307.000
0004 - 315.000
0005 - 323.000
0006 - 339.000
0007 - 347.000
0008 - 355.000
0009 - 363.000
0010 - 370.250 (no signal quality on this acc. to bar)
0011 - 395.000
0012 - 403.000
0013 - 419.00

When I do a autosacn on these I am still missing a good few channels - ChelseaTv, VH1Classic, Bubble Hits etc...

I'm N*L in Dublin.
What am I doing wrong?

(tried a powerscan and I was still missing them!)

Still no joy i tried from 290.000 up to 400.000

 

0009 - 363.000
0010 - 370.250

Thats technically not possible. The minimum difference has to be 8.000 .
If you get channels at 363.000 the next step has to be 371.000 or higher.

 

Hi All
I'm in Dublin and use starview with NTL

trying to get my channels back, the box keeps data being updating till certain % and then loops on and on. Cant get any cahnnel, the box seems to be dead.

Also By any chance could somebody tell me what do I have to do to get all the Sky movies frequencies, I saw a whole list of 146 channels posted today but it seems to be from july last year.

I just added the 370.25 that was mentioned at the top of this thread - 363 seems to have channels..as I said not sure what the 12 or so frequencies should be.. hwo do I delete the channels?

 

press menu system info and post what it says

 

Max have a look at my CDF it is quite possible based on a subbed box frequency, once edited.

BTW thank you for the latest cable XML, really appreciated. I however updated to windoze service pack 3 and lost my ethernet port to MS. So FTP is gone for now have found the fix but will annoy quite a few people.
