    Hey all,
I've been outta the modgame for a while. I have previously installed 2 Chameleon modchips in my and my brothers xbox's, and now am going to do another one as a late xmas gift. I am going to buy the "XBIT V1.5 ModChip" since it is completely solderless (supposively) and works with all versions, but I just have one question....

Can I still use the evolution version 3917 dashboard on this chip, or do I have to search around for new software for this new chip??

If I need new software, any help with direction would be appreciated.... Thanks guys. (And girls!)

I would suggest getting an updated bios. It would probably work better with a newer modchip than an old bios would.

Hiya, use the Evox M8 Bios or the Xecuter 4983 Bios.
