HI,My son got a new PC for x-mas it is a HP 251-a120 with WIN10 64BIT heres the problem we ran into.
There is web site that he watches quite a bit called alex jones infowars tv,now about 5 to 7 minutes into show he
gets a black screen then sometimes it will restart on its own or we have to restart pc,the only thing we have been able to figure out that it maybe the buffering from on board GPU any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks
This what i finely found out about this PC am in thinking this PC would barely make a good paper weight.

Agree, never crack open or screw with a new item.... Take it back or submit it under warranty....
