New series rogers SIM Card not working in nokia 3220 canada

    hi there,

    I have a new rogers sim card which when inserted in my nokia 3220, gives me the message saying "phone restricted" and then asks to "ENTER restriction code"...WHat do I do...??? My SIM card works on other mobile devices and other old series rogers sim cards work on my nokia 3220....PLEASE HELP ME>>>> I am not sure if nokia 3220 is unlocked or not..
