I downloaded all the right stuff upload ringtones, but everytime i do they are at 32 kbps. Im using mobile phone tools v3.11 and i have a v180. Any way i can upload them at a higher bitrate without using a ringtones site

sorry for being so unclear. Basically all I want is to be able to send mp3's to my v180 at a higher bitrate than 32 kbps. I can with mobiledit!, but everytime i send an mp3 to my phone with mpt, it is 32 kbps.

The problem im having is that no matter what bitrate the mp3 is at, after it is transferred to my phone it becomes 32 mbps. Ill send n mp3 that is 64 mbps and when i play it on my phone it is 32. I know its something to do with mobile phone tools because everything is fine with mobiledit!
