One would assume that the same process that happened with the last swap over will apply, i.e. there will be a rush to send the new cards to SLY Sports and S*anta sport customers first, will be an interesting few weeks (Especially with the football season starting back early August there will most likely be a rush to 'Render these boxes useless' by the CC) , I feel sorry for the people who invested €150+ from dealers who promised them that these ‘new’ boxes would be full proof , even though from the start it was noted in many post’s time and time again that the ‘Fixes’ for these boxes was only a temporary solution. Again in my opinion I don’t think there a worth while investment especially if you’re a sports fan!

Just for the record this is a completely different video then the last (Please watch if you don't believe me)
And many customers have received a letter from the CC advising them that they will be receiving a new card shortly (Owners of media boxes and PVRS)

Keith you are always the bearer of good news, every time you come on you say the same crap, time in time out,i just wonder if you are one of the begrudges, that pay for a full service, and hate that thought of what other people are getting for free, if you have not got any concrete evidence, why say anything at all. I think every post you have made, is all about the encryption, and nothing else, why not let people make there own mind up,they all know this game is a chance and they are willing to take, any person that bought a box from the start, have well go there money worth, and know one on here ever said that any box would work on N3. Its still going to take a long time to get everything in place, ie getting all the other cards swapped again, how long has it taken them to get to the n2 stage, well over a year, so who knows how long it will take to get this all done again.

There is nobody forcing anybody, to purchase anything on here, they buy because, they want to watch the premium channels free, and why not, at the prices they are charging, working out everything that you get on a box is worth 95euro per month, so as has been said time in time out 6 weeks and the box has paid for itself.

so there is no shill on here, well not on my behalf.

I don’t begrudge anyone who has a box ‘Free TV’ as I’m the owner of 2!! And I understand that people buy these boxes at there own accord, it just annoys me that dealers continue to sell these units to people for €150 to €200 and tell them that they are going to last forever and they will beat the new encryption that’s all I’m saying

anyone that buys a box now is a fool.

Ok lets put this to bed, if someone is selling a box, at say €150.00 ok,
now for a person to by a box and get it shipped here, its going to cost roughly £90.00 Stirling ok. Now you have a shipping of £10.00 so total is now £100.00 Stirling convert this and you get what €118.453 ok, now you have a guy selling in the pub, for say €150.00. The box is ready to go and all they have to do is plug it in, they guy that sells it, has to flash it, and get the channels on it, and deliver it, so time and delivery cost to the door he makes €32.00.

Now i know what you are going to say here, sure he is buying in bulk yes of course he is, he is putting the money up front and taking the risk, now if you take the person buys from the website, if the box breaks and has to go back to the Uk, well that's another €20.00 recorded over to the Uk, and another £15.00 Stirling coming back, where all he has to do is, contact the guy he bought locally and he has to sort it and exchange his box for another, so now the guy he has to send back to the uk.

So if you really work it out fully, they are not making much and look at the risk they take, time == money + fuel cost to deliver

Just had a few pints today with a few lads they all revived there new cards this morning ( They were all ex starview users )for there PVR and Media boxes and they all subscribe to Set Sports and Sly sports so I can’t see the premium channels lasting much longer now. So still stand by what I’m saying would not invest in a box now if I were in Dublin
