newbie question regarding nero express 3

    iv been using nero vison express 3 for a while and i was alays able to burn my avi files to dvd without a problem. i just recently had to reinstal it, and now when i drag in my avi files (simpson episodes), it says i need some mpeg-4 codec!!!??!!! what do i do? thanks!

    have you looked for an MPEG4 codec yet? Google is your friend.

    do i need to look for a specific nero mpeg code, or any type??

    I don't think so, any MPEG4 codec should do.

    unistalling nero shouldnt of got rid of a codec? well it may have but not heard that before?

    you sure it said mpg4 not something like dvd mpeg or mpeg2?

    as with nero i had to get another serial for that! but i do have FFDSHOW and a standalone divx install from CCE loaded...
