Newly built pc won't start

    You were right, the psu is dead. I'm now returning it for a refund and am buying Corsair one.

    Ok, I'm looking for help again. I got the new psu that sammorris suggested to me, but I still have the original problem. It doesn't start and I still got the same 4 lights on the mobo.

    Have you tried just installing one video card/PCI card at a time?

    Alright Problem Fixed!!! It turned out to be a short in the board caused by the board touching part of the case. Thankyou everyone for your help!!

    Ah right, did you use the case standoffs in the right layout?

    Nope,this being my first build, I had no idea what I was doing and didn't even put them in. I'm just glad I didn't fry the board with this noob mistake.
