no browser on blackberry 7100t

    i bought a unlocked blackberry 7100T and i put in my rogers account on it. my brother sent me a ringtone, it says to go onine to get it. I was looking for the browser but theres none there.
    how do i get it?

    check the manual to see if it is online compatible.
    maybe you have to pay for it, i have cingular and i have a blackberry 7130c and i have to pay for the internet or they won't let me go on.
