    Hi All

I have copied several discs now but just lately on certain disc there is Dolby Digital 5.1 etc sound yet when I use DVD Shrink the only sound in the compression window is 2CH English this has happened with Battle Royale 1 and House of 1000 corpses. Are there any tricks I'm missing as the original disc plays in dolby digital 5.1 yet it seems that the DVD Shrink isn't picking out the Dolby digital. I have tried another disc and the Dolby Digital 5.1 etc is there fine. Any help appreciated. I use DVD shrink latest vers and Nero 6

DVD Shrink does read DD an DTS. You may not be accepting the right files when u re-author - maybe the movie itself is not in DD5.1. By the sounds of the films, that may be the case.

As wilkes said, this is for High Resolution Audio, not compressed sound for movies. Try the DVD Forums
