no signal on my eurovox ex500

    i have never had much luck with my eurovox i got dissconnected from virgin media and have recently paid my bill and been reconected however i plugged the eurovox box in scanned for channels and I keep getting the message saying no or bad signal I have put the latest filmware on the box and it still doesnt work, can anyone help me please.

    Make sure that you do have a live cable feed and it is in the RF input socket first, then if you have the first two, then do a Factory Default (on your correct symbol rate) after clearing all Data, and then Powerscan on your correct symbol rate.

    i have tried what you said and i am still getting the same message, i havce tried it in my mates house and my brothers and it works fine there but i cant get it to work in my house. its all plugged in correct i guess i got a live feed coming through as i am on virgin medias basic tv package done a factory resore and cleared all the data off. i still need help.
