No Sound

    I have downloaded a movie, that plays fine in Windows Media player and VLC media player. But thers no sound. I even converted it to dvd format (.VOB .IFO etc) and when i burn it, it wont play the movie at all.
    [The dvd DOES recognize it as a dvd-disc tho, its not a "bad-disk"]

    You may only be missing some codecs. Try download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (full or mega version) from this site to see if you'd get your sound back.

    Actually i already have that codec, do you think theres anything else i need? like ac3 or something like that?

    Well, in that case, you may try run 'fixcodecs' that comes with K-Lite and check 'boost ac3 volume' under 'settings'.
