hey have no sound on disney and disney +1 any ideas tryed rescanning got second channels but they have no sound also????
It may be a signal issue or your provider has issues. Try a re boot make sure all connections are securly in place. both of the following boxes have new firmware that can help improve signal: The Box: 4.54 Eurovox: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/578790 Failing that it may be worth purchasing a signal booster. try the sbove first before you start spending more money though.
If it's only on these 2 channels that you have no sound then it's a fault on your providers side so all you can do is wait until they fix it and the sound will come back as is what normally happens but if you have no sound on other channels too then it's more than likely that you need to update your box with the latest firmware.
