my graphics card fan, ever since about 6 months ago has started to make a loud hummm whenever i turn my computer on, but now it does it all the time. the noise is driving me craizy!! i tried oiling the fan but it didnt help. i also notice when i unscrew it from the gold thing (heat sinc?) it is seated on, and then start the computer the noise stops. i have checked to see if the fan blades are touching the (heat sinc?) but they are not... any help would be much apreciated as it is driving me craizy :) thanks
