Thanks, that code worked. However, I've now got a new sim (3) and when I put it in the phone tells me 'Incompatible Handset' and then gos to the phone restricted screen which asks me to enter the restriction code (although it was previously locked to Virgin and I unlocked it with the code above and it now works with o2. When I reenter that unlock code, it says phone not unlocked and then goes back to the phone restricted screen. Please help.
