I have Nokia 6070 which when switched on displays PHONE RESTRICTED Undo. I have taken it to a shop and they wanted £25 to sort it out, the phone never cost me that much. I have a very limited ability regarding technical problems and basically don't really know what I'm doing, at least I'm honest. Oh dear. I'm so sorry to hear that. Ya, 6020 are really, really, really bad. Nokia is really difficult to fix those. I take it you didn't but warranty? You should have bought the Nokia 7020. They seem to be designed way better. Not sure why, but they are. Who did you buy this from?
