Sorry to bother you but every time I enter the code it is saying "CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION" What Can I do else. Yesterday with a similar phone i only enterred the number and it worked great.
“Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.

I enquiried with you and the first code you sent me worked fine and the other tried to open it through other sources which as a matter of fact failed. and the phone was locked hard. Now he will do it by cable. Thankyou very much.
