    HI THANKS FOR REPLY BUT IT DIDNT WORK,IT SAID ERROR CODE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WHAT CAN I DO? PLEASE HELP.. IT LOSES SIGNAL ON CELL C AS WELL.. IT SAYS SIM REGISTRATION FAILED.. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? PURCHASED A WEEK AGO FROM A FRIEND.. MANY THANKS

    If I was you give, the phone back to your friend the phone has been blocked by the network, the message you see on screen is Sim registration failed, it also could be a faulty sim, check to see if it works in another mobile
