OK, Did you try the last codes I gave you? Seeing the Network is not the issue. It will always see the Network but if it is locked, it will say Phone restricted. If you can make call on C&W, It must be unlocked. There is a screen saver feature on these phones. It may be that the settings are saved on the SIM. Try to set the time-out for the screen saver.
