Dear Friends ! I have bought a Nokia 6280 from UK, MY Operator is 3. I want to use my Cell for other Operators, But when i insert the sim of another mobile operator, it says Phone Restricted. Kindly Tell me how i can remove restriction from my cell phone. My Cell's Serial Number (IMEI) is : 357603004361341 Kindly give me some solution to activate my cell phone.
