Hi, I found out too late that i only had 5 tries before i had to manually unlock my Nokia 8800. My dad bought it from Canada and i think the old network is Fido because thats what it says on the splash screen. My current network is T-mobile. So my question is since i live in a pretty small city with no store that deals with manually unlocking cell phones, could i take it to a Cingular booth or T-mobile store or something similar to have them unlock it?
yeah i looked into that it was 30$ for everything. Just wondering if i could take it into a cellphone network store to do it since it would be easier.
