If you get nit empty the frequency is wrong.

 

how do i get the right freqancey

 

does it av eneything to do with the dvb2000 because i think iv changed somethink in there i dont no what iv done

There were 2 keyrolls, maybe thats your problem.
A scan doesn't update the keys.
If your channel list is empty now you need the default frequency for your area for a scan.

iv gone in the vergin meadia and gone in to the tecnical stuff and the network id is 40965 can that be it

 

were will i get the default freqancey from

 

You see the dvb default frequency and symbol rate in the engineer menue of your VM box.

 

its got no enginear menu on it als its got is network id stb serial number card number dhcp status pin status value ip address application version thats all it got on it
