Hi guys,i have had my dbox for a few months,it works ok,but a couple of weeks ago i changed my tv package to freeview,about a week later i lost all the movie channels bar S**movie3,but still get sports 1+2 plus most of the other channels and some ppv,thanks in advance for any advice.

bigdunc its a nokia it has linux neutrino and sportster it was bought from ebay from a seller in Germany it is plug in and watch,i have not had to anything with it(just as well lol as i aint very techy lol)i live in the Tayside area Scotland
it sounds like you will have to rescan it mate do you know how to do this . Who was your previous service provider........Paul

Yes push the d box button Go to services Scan for channels Tell me how you have got your scan set up and i will see if i can sort you out ....Paul

Try scanning on the other sym rate If you tried 6952 try 6887 or Bruit force wont do any harm .................Paul...................
have tried scan on both sym 6952 brings up all channels i had before but alot of the channels are blank put manual scan on , started scan , scan transponder screen comes up then nothing happens do i need to be doing anything to get manual scan going? as for bruit force was going to throw it out window (but dont think it will really help)lol any ideas what to try next? cheers dij
Havent used sportster for years mate Some were in the settings possibly sportster menu you will find some Ucodes write down how they are setup now and change them you cant do any harm like this Best 2 are 001a and 0014 so try this If that dont work try changeing cams There are three options Megcamb .Newcamb And Evocamb This should get you a result Lets KNow ..........paul
No mate reboot yor box after cam change and put it on Sk*sports 1 for 5 mins to update..................Paul

cheers for the help mate changed the ucodes and the cam and the box is back workin fine better pic and more channels so 2 days stress and one missed footy match may just have been worth it cheers dij
