nokia dbox help please

    hello there
    my dbox has been running perfectly, but all of a sudden i can only receive "normal" channels through it...bbc,itv etc. all channels are still showing on the program list: when a non normal channel is selected the blue program info bar appears at the bottom of the screen, however, the program does not appear and the screen remains black. anyone out there got any ideas??? by the way, if you are kind enough to answer please bear in mind that you are replying to a technodiv!!!
