nokia dbox stuck in kevn system

hi,i have been given a nokia dbox2 cable box.no picture or sound and no responce on the remote control.on the disply it says kevn system.it was working fine untill it was flashed with sportster 2ximage,iwas told it when to reboot and nothing since.has any1 got any ideas? or is the box had it? any advice would be very greatfull. thank you.

Thank you for the reply,but the proplem in having at the mo is connecting to the dbox via the pc,not knowing the ip address for the box.Is there a way of finding this out? as i got no picture or sound. thank you.

 

You dont need the ip of the box if you use IFA,just need null modem cable

 

sorry to be a pain,but what is a ifa?i guess its a flash file, im using flashfxp is this ok with a null cable? thank you.

 

You wont be able to use flashfxp in this situation,
IFA is the only way to get up and running again,
