Nokia dbox2 loss of about 100 chanels after scan

Hi all can anyone help me, I have a Nokia dbox2 from germany. Until lately i had 154 channels until i done a new service scan & now i only have 57 channels. I am using sporster. Does anyone know what i should do. Many thanks.

 

When you say youve lost them
Do you have EPG for them and a black screen
Or There not even listed in any of your bow k s ..........Paul

 

i dont even have a black screen, they just totally dissapeared.

 

no sorry thyre not even in my buquet editor.

try a new service scan. on bow k put new and fast scan off

 

same problem prasiet, no sure what you mean by "new service scan. on bow "

I had fast scan selected as "on"

 

Show me how your scan is set up from top to bottom mate
Who was your previous service provider befor *irgin.....Paul

 

Cheers mate, I turned fast scan off and got all my channels back after a new scan. Fair play. Thanks.
