Nokia Dbox2

Hi lads - hope you can help. I've made a right balls up of my dbox..
I was running Andromeda 1.4 - all was fine. Tried entering the new keys - didnt work, so I did a scan and lost all the channels. I then tried re-flashing the box, but the image on my pc was corrupt. So Im knackered.

Can anyone point me in the direction on some images ? Maybe Andromeda 2.0 ? I cant seem to find any since this keyroll fiasco started.

Ive been having a nightmare using that IFA program. Are there any better image flashing programs out there ?

Any help / links to some software would be greatly appreciated.

Hi I also followed the 10 steps from henry last night and got nothing NO KEYS so this morning I tried this:

first download bigmaq toolbar that gave me the codes

1 - press the blue button on your DBOX - and go to option 2 Tuxbox commander.

2- then scroll down to the option that says "var" and press ok

3- scroll down to "keys" and press ok

4- scroll down to "keylist.txt + press 4 (DO NOT OK)to edit you must PRESS 4

5- after 00 - Type in your new key code

6 - Press ok to exit then press the button under your power button (under the orange button)

7- and save changes when asked, if box is in German press ja.

8- Reboot (restart your box)

9- all should be working!!!

I have a nokia dbox, just come back from holiday, getting a blank page unable to do anything with the dbox, pressing buttons on remote doing nothing, I have switched it off and on and the sportster has gone and it boots in a total different name any ideas???

really need help!!!

 

This may b a stupid/irrelevant question, but i dont get caps when i tap my codes in, how do i or do i need to get capital letters?

Can anyone help me with the dbox. I cannot reflash as I have no PC, Im using the works PC at the moment. I would be more that happy to pay someonre if they reflash it. Any ideas gents.

 

You need an null ethernet cable or a router and ethernet cable first mate.

can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the sagem and the nokia d box2. reason i am asking is i have a sagem and i have it working with the codes, but my mate has a nokia and when i try to talk it thru over the phone, he says that the tuxbox commander shows a diff page to mine and he cant find the keylist >text, any help would be appreciated....

 

PUPPET DEPENDS ON WOT IMAGE YOU HAVE INSTALLED,MENUS DIFFER FOR EACH IMAGE.

 

so how do i find out wot image is installed in esch of them?....

 

when u reboot u box it tells u on ur screen eg sportster/commando/pacino etc.
