Thanks to everyone for your help. I am sitting here watching my digibox programmes. (I don't know for how long though, but here's hoping.) Thank you again.

 

hi guys new to all this !used all your wizardry and got my dbox up and running! yous are all geniusies! only problem is that some of my channels have gone and when scanning only get 222 transponders where as before it was 300 odds! any way to get them all back? thanx

 

Hi stee41: I press the number I want ie: 3 and it goes def3 ect I dont have to change back + forward and if I want uppercase I press the yellow button,hope this helps

 

only thing I can think of do you have the fast scan on or off( you should have it off)Good luck

 

i just followed tha theory above step by step and it still not working why is it some works but some dont ...is it cause have scanned it when it went down on 8th april ..please can someone help me

 

WHAT DIFFERENT WAYS IS THERE TO GET THIS DBOX WORKING HAVE TRYED THE REMOTE METHOD 1 TO 10 AND STILL NO JOY ...ANYONE PLEASE I BE MUCH APPRECIATED WITH UR HELP

 

No I did 3 the scans before I found out it was a block as this is the first one I have had and I have had my box almosy 3yr where do you live what box do you have what do yuo use ie; sporster ect + what is your cable?

When you get to keylist.txt, do not press ok or select, press 4 straight away. Not sure if this helps, but that was where I was going wrong.

make sure the keys are right and restart. try a different cam.

Thanks Sam, I can access the keys but do not have an 'edit' option on the screen to change the keys!!,the options available are..MARK/COPY/MOVE/DELETE it also says showing lines 1 - 8, but there is actually only 7 lines showing!!

Don't worry there's a fix on the way. What area are you in and what cable are you on and i'll make a keylist.

 

So try this I told a few people and it seemed to work!

New telewest code is 6F9BA23250673657
1 - press the blue button on your DBOX - and go to option 2 Tuxbox commander.

2- then scroll down to the option that says "var" and press ok

3- scroll down to "keys" and press ok

4- scroll down to "keylist.txt + press 4 (DO NOT OK)to edit you must PRESS 4

5- scroll onto it then press OK so you can now edit it
after 00 or the 01 - Type in your new key code


6 - Press ok to exit then press the button under your power button (under the orange button)

7- and save changes when asked, if box is in German press ja.

8- Reboot (restart your box)

9- all should be working!!!
