When u add your image you will need to get service & Boq files for there to make it handy i will try get you some

cheers bud in the meantime though is it worth me trying to add the fix files & if so which file do i drop them into? KEYS or SCCE (which says var keys in the blue header bar when the file is opened)i have asked you but i know that youre answering loads of questions so probably missed this one

 

Got this when trying to flash dbox using IFA :
The UDP-Port 67 and 68 is already in use by interconnection sharing [svchost.exe,process ID:1028].To continue you willneed to deactivate this.Please be aware that you need to assign a fixed IP to that network adapter.

Has anybody got any ideas how to sort this plz ?

When i overwrite the nagrarom7 file the box does not reboot, is there something wrong? flashfxp says directory sent ok, list complete 426 bytes in 0.08 seconds

where u see the other files just drag them there to replace lemme know when thats done

 

oggnogg should i do the same as scott as i replaced the nagrarrom7 file and this never seemed to fix the problem, i am based in glasgow on vm

billie22, can you please help me, i have a dbox, with sportster just installed, getting 'error channel not available' on every channel. On V****N and using nul modem, and ethernet cable, flashed 2X_Sportster_1.10_RC006_UK_10April07 using dboxifa311. Area is west lothian, I am not sure what codes to change, i have the folling keys:

hello

i am trying to upload the new nagrarom files into the keys folder however when i try to do this , i get a
[15/04/2008 23:19:06] 553 Could not create file.
ERROR:> [15/04/2008 23:19:06] Access denied.

The chmod properties for both the file and folder are 755

I have not had this problem before so not sure what the problems is

Any advice would be highly appreciated

Ok so you are clearly using a different image hence you are getting the options i am using a TARDIS image and here is what i get when i press blue:

- I get a menu titled ''Extras and Plugins'' and options as follow:
1- Net id Scan
2- sectioned Zapit Menu
3- Keys Menu
4- Restart EPG
5- File Manager and so on...

Now based on the above menu if I go in to the file manager it will show me whole directory of various files, including 'newcamd' and as far i have checked my keys are in 'newcamd' but when press ok on newcamd i get about 4 or 5 lines text line 2 reads as follow:
'error opening the source device all EMU and CWS will be disabled'
and there is nothing else that i can do there.

If i click on Keys Menu then i get the following options
1- Nagra CA for current channel
2- publick keys for (newcamd)
3- Clear public keys
4- Force public keys update
Also on the bottom of this menu i get this note: newcamd only writes keys to file when it is shutdown.

When i select option 2 from the above menu it shows me the keys but dont allow me to edit them only thing i can do is to click ok and come out of the menu. If i chose option 3 it will ask me if i want to clear keys i have done so but next time i start my box some keys would appear there again, option 4 where it asks me to force update the keys on pressing ok, stays stuck on the message 'force updating the key' and thats it wont move from there.

Please help me i prefer if you contact me via Private message so i could further discuss and track the conversation away from the messy forum anyone if you can help guys i will be grateful. Thanks.

 

Did you add the image and then the service & boq files if so reboot and i will tell ya from there on
