hi guys,im flashing a sagem 1x chip,and its stayed at "FLASHING" for about 20 minutes...what will i do?

i did a 1 chip this morning took me 5 mins its up and running now

 

maybe just a slow box

 

by time its done it there will be a new version out lol

i have now fixed by flash or permanent fix....

1)4x nokia dbox 2 boxes.
2)a eurovox blue box
3)a eurovox 2
4)2 x sagem 1x boxes

and all thats left is this damn replay pvr c100!!

but im gettin good now!!

i want to write my own image......any tutorials...

 

Hi people. Iv just downloaded the laky pro image. I know how to flash the box using ftp. Can this be done with the laky pro image or will i need to use IFA??

 

If you have the ip of the image you are Running now
You will have no probs ..................Paul

 

All the boxes are a simple fix inculding the starview 1,2 plus clones its all about keeping up with the lastest and not annnoying the forum for codes when there reading the past comments and too lazy to ask how to do it.

I did the AU fix on my d box (copied nagrarom7, 10, 11 & keylist.txt over to /var/keys) and it worked. I'm well happy )

I did the same on a friend's box (and a guy at work tried it when I informed him of the fix) and it doesn't work. My friends running a newer version of sportster & neutrino that me (mine is well old, 3 yrs +).

We tried changing his cam to evocamd & made keyupdates auto (to match how I set up my box), but channels just stay locked. I noticed that his keylist.txt file was being written over with new values on re-boot (on my sys the Keylist.txt file is as I copied it over).

Any ideas on what else I might need to check in settings - I'm stumped!

To re-cap.
I've copied Keylist.txt, nagrarom7, 10, 11 to /var/keys.
Set cam to evocamd with autoupdates to automatic.
re-booted the box.
Result = locked channels stay locked !!??!

Thought I'd ask before trying a re-flash.

I read back 3 or 4 pages and someone asked about flashing his older & working image onto his friends newer & not working (after the fix) box. He got an answer - which I'll try.

Sorry to ask a question that had already been asked (kind of), although any answers as to why the fix might not have worked on a newer sys would be interesting.

By the way, can anyone point me at any sites for box image developement / coding. I'd like to have a poke around under the hood )

Please can someone help me with fixing my DBOX2, i'm at the end of my tether and am close to throwing my box out the window.

I managed to successfully flash the box with a new image (Cryo Sportster 1.02 2x uk)

I have no idea what im meant to do next?! Where do i find the correct services.xml and bouquets.xml file??

sorry if my terminology is all wrong - i'm a complete novice and desperately need help.

When the box loads up i keep getting the following message:

No channels were found.
Please copy your services.xml and bouquets.xml
Or execute a scan using 1.73 Ultra mode.
Blue button/
Cryogenic / Sportster Menu.
...
......
..........

Despite following its instructions its still not picking up any channels and I haven't got the faintest idea what i'm meant to be doing

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Guys,

I have downloaded Laky Pro 1 and am using IFA to try and flash my dbox2.

Under technical details all i get is this repeated message:
BootP: Got request from 001E8C926BD6

And the Status just reads 'Waiting for dbox start'.

I am going to pick up a null modem cable and try it with both that and the crossover cable. I'm hoping the null modem cable is the only missing link.

Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

sorry, my bad...genuine mistake!

 

Okay i've managed to FTP the bouquets.xml and services.xml so its not coming up with the messsage asking for these files but there's still no picture picture coming through.

What am i missing?! is it something to do with the keylist.txt???

Ive read loads of posts in this thread, and just wondering whats the best image to use to get dbox up and running agen ?

Ive currently flashed another image on to my box when i try to edit the keys its all blank .

Should i try sporter?
