Thanks for that sc0user, have flashed it but all i get is channel unavailable!!

Have rebooted the box and left it on Sly Sports but nothing is happening

I know it had a dodgy coax socket on the back of it, which was repaired, but the guy that owned asked me if I could do anything with it and if I couldn't to just dispose of it. I flashed it with that image but it still comes up channel unavailable.

 

I wonder could anyone advise me how to fix my dbox2 it keeps freeing up on me im new to all this im on virgin cable /image 4 / /type shapshot/ name blade quad

just a little bit of your opinions please.

I have a 2 chip nokia dbox on tw. Currently running sportster.

have been told this is a very old image so had tried blade quad but it only scanned on 1 frequency (not sure if it was my fault but tried loads of different options)

anyways what is the best image in your opinion

re flash with a new image that can solve it, many tuts on ere look from page 165 onwards there is a huge tut i put on showin how to ftp and use ifa or click the link below in my sig

 

Hi ty for replying, however i have no idea how to reflash or anything, i dont mean to sound stupid lol but i wonder if you would be kind enough to tell me how to do it in simple terms as i know how to connect my pc to the dbox 2 but i dont know what is the best image file, the image i have at the moment is an image 4 blade quad.

i hope this makes sense to you as it dosnt to me lol i am just a builder lol and you seem the best person on this site to help.

is it "dbox2"

"nokiadbox2"

or "dbox"

or am i completely wrong!!

I would use blade quad its a really good and easy to use image
