Nokia Dbox2

I am using Sportser but this has happened before but when I re scanned it brought all the channels back up again it is very odd

again I need to getthese channels back people is there anyone out there that can help me... I was wondering possibly should I just leave it off for awhile and rescan again later??

check the signal normally red button then select tech info (along them lines and see what the signal level is, could well be your tuner gone!!

Try image flashing asisstant with a crossover cable and the blade quad image is good as well as others out there.

 

Hi, I am trying to flash a Sagem Dbox2 1x (1 Chip). I have tried to flash it with Andromeda 1x image and also Virgin v2.1 1x Sagem (found on www.mercs.us/dbox.htm) - they both flash fine but on scanning no channels can be found. Used image flashing asisstant.

Can anyone suggest or give me a link to a good Sagem 1x image i can use to fix my dbox.

Any help will be much appreciated.

you have a great image there already the virgin+2.1 when you found the image you would of come across a READ ME ALSO A LOST PROPERTY!!for it you ll need that also as its made for fta....short story ucodes keys and roms need adding and change the chmod755 this was covered 2 pages back or so have a read......;-)

hi ksingh, i flashed a sagem1 box with laky pro 1 image and it works fine. you can find it in the bigmaq toolbar. once you flash it you just put in your location, search for channels and away you go. easy peasy.

once you FTP the files just telnet to the same directory where to FTPed the files and type "chmod 755 *" that should do it. ( no "" needed ) )
let us know if this helps.
PS: the place to add the files are actually descrybed in the name of the ZIP )

chmod755 is the properties/rites of the files you have to rite click once ftp in the box ;-) dead easy

Ive got sagem dbox 1 n i found the quad pro a better image than the lacky pro 1 if this is any help?

 

hi all after a little help I have managed to flash blade to my dbox but can not get programs to come on it loads on tv ok I have chosen my location done a scan and it finds all the programs but they are all unavailable I am guessing it needs to be tweaked a little any suggestions

Have you left it on sky sports so it updates? Ive got that image and set my location quick scan just left it on sky sports then roberts your fathers brother! If your stil stuck mate give us a shout or there are many other more clued up peeps in this room!

 

Hey evy1, trying to fix dbox for a mate, his box freezes while the kernel is loading so I can't connect to it via IP address, any1 know how to reflash a new image if I can't connect via IP address??

 

Hello mate go on youtube and type in image flashing assistant dbox 2 n there wil b a vid made by turner from this forum! Read the comments at the bottom that wil help you. Download a software called hallenberg 3.11 google it. N u need a crossover cable not a nornal ethernet cable as i found out but a crossover 1 lol. If stil stuck come back to the forum!

Have you enterd your location via the blue button
