Nokia Dbox2

Hey can someone help. After about 1 and a half year of manually typing in codes i decided tonite to try and flash my dbox myself following tutorial on 123turners signature. I was trying to connect wireless using core ftp lite and flashfxp but the message i'm getting is no route to host. my adresses are all the same as shown on the video.

Please can someone help in time for the boxing or instruct me on how to connect my dbox to my pc using ethernet cable.

hey you can network wireless again have wireless card enabled dbox plugged into the router open ftp program set it up acordingly and bam your connected, even the ifa kein system vid is wireless...

as for the question above yours...what image are you using?
it could well be the password that is wrong try dbox dbox2 commando if none of these work reflash with ifa source a new img scouse has some avail click his sig....

its the Sportster Image Im using. I used to get someone I know to flash it but I thot it was time to have a go myself. I will have a go at what you suggest. I did try the three different passwords but not sure I had my wireless card enabled and never had my dbox connected to my router. ello im trying to do a scan on my dbox and i have lost the frequency and symbol rate to scan on..

this image doesnt have the option to choose my area that im from (liverpool area)

as its an image a friend put on it (this is a different box, its a gray sagem.

current settings:
Scan for services- TV & radio
Bouquet- Update Existing
Cable Provider- CableUK Sym6887
Fast Scan- On

Manual Scan- Off
Frequency - ?
Symbol Rate- ?
FEC- 1/2
Polarization- H

Im trying to flash my d box with blade am currently using laky pro but am having problems it keeps updating channel list and duplicates channels ive already got . i am flashing box the manual way as cant do it any other way go through steps but when finished laky pro image still there do i have to delete it first and if so how do i do that

Your sym rate is wrong for Liverpool
It needs to be 6952.................Paul

Might have a Kildare - Ch*rus user who can assist,

I'v flashed Nuetrino image no problem, I dont have the service files or bow k files, but I have the Ch*rus ones I downloaded from another website, but my location is not listed on the location listing,

Any suggestions ? The scan is picking up NOTHING. Is there an issue ? I am in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland do I have to change anything else, symbol / frequency rate or anything like that ?

I t/f the service and bow k files to the box, but nothing after I did a scan.

The box is ready to be placed into the wheelie bin outside the house.

 

Hey all,
I am new to this site and am a noob with the dbox2. I have just baught a Nokia 2xi with NEUTRINO NG on it but i only get about 25 channels when i scan. My question is should i use a differant image or do i need a up to date servise.xml to find the channels or should a complete scan still find the channels if my setup is right?

Push blu on remote
And do a Location scan .For best results .......Paul

I've got a Sagem with Commando 9.25 on it and it's been fine til' today and now I can only get the FTA channels. Done a rescan and still can't get the others back. I live in the Newcastle area, can anyone suggest what has happened? Thanks folks

You are right Paul, i hadnt done a location scan. I went the complicated root before finding the simple options lol.
