Nokia Dbox2

Wot image have you got on the box now mate

my Dbox2 keeps freezing too, i've reflashed it three times with different images (sportster 1.7, commando 5 and also 6) but it's still doing it, it even froze during a channel scan!

sometimes it will be fine for a couple of hours other times it will lock up after only a few minutes and the only solution is to unplug the box.

is my box fecked or is it(hopefully) something that can be fixed easily?

 

hello ,my friend has a dbox2 that has a lot of chanels that are fine,but some look as thought the digital signal is breaking up,does this box need reflashed?some of the chanels are blank also,but most of the good chanels like sky movies and sky sports are fine...

should i reflash it for him with tardis?

No if you can get them channels all should be ok
Try thr box directley into the main feed
If this improves it
Get yourself a signal Booster from Argos at £8.99

 

Has anybody got a UK Image for nokia dbox2. Just got a new box but its in german with no option to change to english!

It seems sportster is the image that people are talkin the most about? Do you hav the latest version or do u recommend anything else?

Im in warrington and the box is a nokia, its been freezing since i got it.

Could the freezing during a scan have been a dodgy image?

Things didn't improve even when i tried a signal booster, in fact it seemed to be worse.

Can you send me the commando 8 image and i'll try it? (Do you have it with the keys already installed?)

John Press D box On Remote
Service
Bow k editor
Adult
When you get to this point Dont push ok just highlight
While looking at the blue button on tv screen
Press D box button
Choice of Rename Hide or Lock
Pick one And go backout of menu
It may ask to save changes OK...........Paul
