please help i bought a dbox 2 nokia from germany off e*ay plugged it in scanned for the channels and everything was ok i moved the dbox to tidy it up and the screen on the front went blank and it says no channels found please help

Just rescan and get them back

Maybe What the channels called or should be called?

hi there i rescaned and it only found one trasnponder and no channels i plugged my other dbox in and it worked fine so it cant be the connection any ideas cheers ben

Are all the settings the same on both boxes
Try it straight into the wall
Transfer your service and bow k s via FTP................Paul

 

i transfered the services etc and the box is still the same it was working fine until i moved a box from underneath it ive just double checked the connections and every thing is fine please help i dont know much about them cheers ben

 

Do you have any channels listed
Is the time correct on the box
Reflash if get no joy
Shoput if you get stuck .............Paul

Do you happen to know the channel that tonights wrestling might be on, I have done a scan and i understand they move the channels from time to time, or even maybe what it might be called???

Can someone help me please, I have just bought a d-box from germany, advertised as a SATELITE d-box, as in, getting all the sat channels. I have set it up and done scan. I can see ALL the channels on the D bos display, ie ALL the sports films etc, but I cannot se them on my tv, I only see all the, yuo know, boring ones. I have been told that there is NO box that will show ALL channels from a sky dish. The guy in Germany, has said, well I think he is saying, this box WILL do what I want it to do if I know how to do it. So now I am totaly confused, the box came with a cd titled "channel search menu" I have no idea what this is for. Can someone please let me know if this box will or wilol not show me what I want to see.

And you see EPG for channels
But are only getting free to air
Wot image is on it
Wot does it say when it first comes on
How mant scart outputs on the back of your box ..............Paul

 

I do not know if it is d box 2
I have a sky satelite dish connected to the d-box
It has 3 scarts
sat in
vcr in
tv out
I only have one scart cable conected this is to "tv out"
It is vey hard to see what comes on when it starts up, it is vey fast, what should I look for?

I that case for future reference do you know what channel the PPV's are on please?
