Nokia Dbox2

I think I got a Nokia D-Box 2, from a picture I've seen it looks the same.

Anyway my problem is I got this for setanta and PPV etc. and they are all Parental Locked with a 4 digit code. I tried 0000, 1111, 1234 and still nothing. Does anybody know where / If I can get this 4 digit code ?

There are 2 methods to find the pincode on a dbox2

either ftp into var/tuxbox/config and view neutrino.conf, look for parentallock_pincode=####

the #### is the pincode.

If you want you can do it from the dbox
Choose Tuxbox Commander
var ok
tuxbox ok
config ok
scroll down to neutrino.conf ok
then scroll down to the line, it is in alphabetical order.

Hi Paul tried that mate,
I get the same channels, I’ve tried different locations and providers.
I did noticed when I did the scan it picked up 300+ TV channels, but when I start to view to channels a 130 or so are on the list to view

hi big dunc long time no speak just wondering if you can point me in a few directions i put blade on my dbox 2 and it was a full working image as i used it on me dads but when flashing mine my movie channels dont work an on an normal teresal channal like bbc 1 it jumps but on my dads everythink works with this new blade image anythink you can help me with ta mate

alright paul just flashed my box with blade an it worked then flashed my dads dbox with same image an is wont work only sky premere an a few others work like skysports but when i click on sky act an sky commody they tweak an no channel displays but its trying to any ideas mate

 

Check the cams and ucodes are the same on both boxes
If so try the Squeeky one direct to the wall,lets kniw /.......Paul

 

tried that mate i even loaded sportster an got same problems i messed with u codes an cams still same problem i get half the movies but lose others an also my itv 2 dont work

 

Are they Both the same boxes
Have you tried to FTP your sevice files and bow ks to his box
There are other bbc1 s in the unsorted Bow k Just swop them for one of them Bbc1 Audio desk

try flashing your box with sportster 1.7+uk05, ive had no problems with this image.
