i have lost all the channels on my nokia dbox 2 (except for terrestrial channels).
i have rebooted and re scanned and still not working. i have checked with ver*** Med** in the surrey area and there are no problems.

can anyone help.

 

hi im the same too it was only e4 now its the lot apart from 1-5 :-(

 

yea same here im in the north east area and only the free channels are working! Rescanned and all tht with no luck. I guess il wait on this threat for some fibre network guy to sort out our problems!

 

i think we need an updated keylist.txt file ?? (correct me if im wrong).

im in glasgow , anybody got an updated list for my area?

 

im in north east too, i had my box for about 2 years. had to scan a couple times but never upload anything onto it, anyone got an idiot guide :-s lol

 

same here guys,no channels,after a re-scan,no chanels,looks like the old VM have caught on to us ......

if anyone finds a way around it,then im sure they will post it on here.

just been speaking to a v m tech / fitter said that there updating the cables ? sending signals down the lines etc and that some the top channels are down anyway

 

i doubt tht would be why ours have gone off though? No red hot 18s for me tonight haha

 

dbox use a mirrow image and down the lines they leave branches and vm can see them but cant trace it so they send a surge down to clear it,cant wait till my v+ turns up all chipped n ready n non of this crap loosing channels no more

 

sweet didnt know tht! Im too used to working on BTs copper network which is ten times as shite lol. How much u paying for this chipped v+ box? and where u getin it from? if u dont mind me askin? PM me if u want cheers

but his has never happened since i first connected the dbox 3 years ago. i got my contact to plug into his laptop and resolev the issue with a program. im in the surrey area and i had no problems with the switch over too.

anyway tell me more about his chipped V+ box

dont really know. i could only get the terrestrail channels. he wasnt gonna share his trade secrets. he said he re formatted the image.i was happy and its been a dream since with the odd "forcing of public keys".

 

do you have the program or do you no were i can download it from

 

I have 2 Dboxs in the house, mine upstairs running TheDon v2, my dad's is running Andromeda. We are on V*rg*n, in North Lanarkshire, if that means anything.

I can get into the keys on mine to change them, I just ain't sure what lines are the ones to change. I'm showing 4 lines in my keylist.txt file, first one is 01, then a 00 line, then repeated. I have codes (for T*l*w*st, what it used to be) from another site, and was going to try them, but wasn't sure what lines I should change, the first 2 or second 2. Any ideas, or are these codes no use?

Also, on my dad's box downstairs, there is nothing in the keylist.txt file at all!!

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Im in the Fife area and my d-box 2 has stopped working. i have never changed the image on my box before myself but would like info on how to go about this. any help would be greatly appreciated.
