i tried your codes but didnt work.

my codes have now changed again. how do you know what part of the code you alter. is it the same number in the sequence as his.

i cant find the reboot screen so i just unplug the box and re boot it that way.

 

people are using these in uk scotland fife, lancashire,

00 BE 62 64 FB C3 2C 73 F6
01 D8 9B E6 5E 3A 0C 45 AE

these are in my box now and its on working 100%

 

i just looked at my old 1s looked at the new 1s its like spot the differance it was 7B TO 73 thats it all i can say im a novie at this too just learning from people on ere too

 

Turners codes wont work for me either, im in Burnley.

Need to get this sorted soon otherwise its pay someone to do it.

sidhanif press the button on your remote labeled dbox and reboot should be in there number 7 on mine.

 

hi mate im sorry they dont work for you they have for others ? maybe its to do with the image your using but im no pro at this i got the codes from this forum posted by oggnogg whom seems to me to the the total biz on this forum

all my channels have been restored now. didnt really do anything asi culdnt figure out the key changing process. just to confirm this i called my mum and her channels have all just re appeared too and i she just waited.

i dont know what really happened to the service but hopefully this lasts as it was abit of a scare.

thanks to all who helped. very very patient and nice people esp turner.

 

sorry to report but the channels have gone again. ill just keep re booting and hope they return .

any further advice to resolve this problem in the long term would be helpful.

 

Just trying again with Turners and each time i reboot if i go back into the keys its deleted one line i put in and added 2 more lines.

Is this normal ?

 

guys i was the same with doing it the remote way could nt figure it out so i did via ftp was easyer try it that way guys?

Used remote update method,rebooted and hey presto all 100% working.THANKS.

 

at last some1 got it same codes as mine so others must be doing something wrong along the way some how?

 

Woke up this morning, tried my box just for giggles, everything is back on. I tried changing codes last night, then changed them back, didn't work then, but works now, so I'm happy. Checked my dad's box as well, everything loaded eventually, so it looks ok.


Unless it happens again...

 

Hi there, can anyone give me the new codes for the Cardiff area. I have tried to re scan & nothing happens. I cant do it via a PC as it is down at the moment. Can these codes be entered via the remote. Am desperate to sort it.

 

No crossover cable at the min but gonna go into town to get one soon.

Thats the only cable i need right ?

ive got a nokia dbox 2 with sportster 1.73

 

Box gone off again at 10.25,codes are not updating themselves,looks like we are buggered.

its like up dated them but not getting the channels again any1 have an idea whats going on now ?how to fix it etc

 

Got someone to pick me up a cable, cheers.

Turner try changing them back to the ones that worked.

I think its auto updating to bad codes, we need to somehow turn off key updates until this is sorted, i know nothing so dont take this as gospel its just pure guesswork.
