I recently bought a dvd burner and thought I would try burning a dvd. I used TmpEnc 3.0 to encode the file to a dvd ntsc format. I imagine it did it correctly. I usually did vcd or kvcd and put my files onto cd-r. I now have a file that says it is an mpeg but, I am not sure what to do next. I was trying to use nero 6.0 and did not see the option on the express version so I opened the regular program and selected dvd video. It shows the compilation at the bottom and a video ts & audio ts folder. I am not sure what to do here. I will post a picture to help identify my problem.
