   the problem is i can`t reciev e updates it says error reinstall live update but i don`t know how can anyone help thanxs

   You check Symantec's site? A brief search shows:
   http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...view=pfdocs&dtype=∏=&ver=&osv=&osv_lvl=
   
   You many have to cut and paste that since the link gets split into 2 lines.
   Also a quick google search for "reinstall live update" returns the same thing
